The library board meets quarterly at Jay C. Byers Memorial Library.

A regular scheduled meeting of the Library Board will be held at 4:00 p.m. in the meeting room of the library located at 215 E. Wichita, Cleveland, Oklahoma to discuss and/or take action on the following agenda:

1. Call to order.

2. Roll call.

3. Reading and approval of minutes of April 20, 2026 meeting.

4. Reading and approval of Library Director’s report, which may include financial reports, circulation statistics, library program updates, and information about any library projects.

5. Adjournment.

Policies

The Jay C. Byers Memorial Library will comply with all requirements of the Open Meeting Law and the City of Cleveland ordinances and codes applying to the library. The minutes of all board meetings will be available to the public and all business will be conducted under jurisdiction of the Open Meeting Law. Financial statements will also be open to review.
